Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: There are two ways to place an order from SkullsvilleUSA.com.
If your order will be shipped to an address in the United States,
use the PayPal Shopping Casket to collect your goodies
by clicking on the Pointing Skulls next to your desired selections.
If your order will be shipped to an address outside of the United States,
use the SkullsvilleUSA Shopping Casket.
We will get back to you with your total and shipping options.
Question: How much is shipping?
Answer: When ordering via the SkullsvilleUSA Shopping Casket,
we'll get back to you with a shipping quote.
When you order via the PayPal Shopping Casket, each item has it's own shipping charge.
If you order more than one item, depending on the items and their weight,
chances are you will receive a "Shipping Discount Refund"
which will be sent to you via PayPal.

Question: Will the items I receive look exactly like the items pictured?
Answer: Many of the items found here are individually hand-made
and therefore may vary slightly from piece to piece or from lot to lot.
Even production items sometimes vary slightly from production run to production run.
(We do our best to update our photos should there ever be big changes with a product)
Remember, most of our products are individually created little works of art!
Bead tones may vary slightly from bead to bead, or from batch to batch
and carved products may also vary depending on the artist creating them.
Celebrate their individuality!
Question: How will my order be shipped?
Answer: Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Orders under one pound go out via First Class Mail.
Orders over a pound go out via Priority Mail.
Question: Can I get insurance for my order?
Answer: Yes. Larger orders will automatically be insured but you can request insurance with any order.
Question: Do you provide a tracking number for my order?
Answer: Yes. You will be sent a USPS Tracking Number when your order is shipped.
Please note that Tracking Numbers do not always update outside of the US when using First Class Mail.
Use Express Mail if a Tracking Number is important to you!
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: We try to ship within 24 hours after receiving your order.
On occasion there may be an unexpected delay but we make every effort
to get your order shipped to you as soon as humanly possible.
Please note that once your package leaves our hands the delivery time of the USPS may vary.
Despite some "gossip" you may have heard, the USPS is quite excellent.
First Class Mail usually travels coast to coast in about three days.
Orders going to destinations outside of the US may vary from a week to 10 days or longer.
Depending on where you live, there may be an added delay within your local Customs Office.
Question: Can I return something if I don't like it?
Answer: Although this has happened only a couple of times in the past almost 20 years
you can return your purchase if you are not satisfied. You will be responsible for return shipping costs
and only the cost of the product will be refunded.
You must contact us and schedule your return with 15 day of receiving your order.
